**Effective November 1,  2020– ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED **


Refunds (if applicable) 
If package is retuned due to insufficient address or unclaimed, a refund will be provided less shipping and/or re-stocking fees (if applicable). **Please note with current transit times, return may take up to/exceed 6 weeks.**


Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed in the manner they were received and immediate automated notifications will follow via contact information provided at the time of order.  Please allow adequate time for receipt and inspection process.  Please contact financial institution to determine the time frames in which refunds will reflect in account.


We allow 48 hours  from the receipt of package/products (from shipping carriers reported delivery confirmation) to report any damages, missing items, defects, or errors with package/products.
